Komplekset rummer n\u00e6sten 500 sm\u00e5 og store boliger s\u00e5vel som butiks- og kontor-arealer, en caf\u00e9 og en b\u00f8rnehave, hvilket afspejles i konceptets horisontale lag-deling.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><!--more--><\/div>\n<h3>Koncept<\/h3>\n<div style=\"float: right; width: 400px;\"><iframe style=\"border: none; height: 400px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/d\/u\/1\/embed?mid=11l5lEOuNKcoiyL8NgPAjY8vR2d8&amp;z=14&amp;ll=55.6174, 12.5715\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/copenhagenarchitecture.dk\/map-of-copenhagen-architecture\/\">Full map<\/a><\/div>\n<p>Som koncept kan bygningen opfattes som en slags konklusion p\u00e5 tegnestuens to tidligere projekter i \u00d8restaden, VM-husene og Bjerget, idet den kombinerer en r\u00e6kke id\u00e9er herfra.<\/p>\n<p>Disse id\u00e9er omfatter blandt andre:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8216;den vertikale by&#8217;, en vision, der tr\u00e6kker p\u00e5 referencer fra Le Corbusiers unit\u00e9 d&#8217;habition,<\/li>\n<li>Bjarke Ingels eget begreb, &#8216;arkitektonisk alkymi&#8217;: at vidt forskellige funktioner kan drage fordel af hinanden, og<\/li>\n<li>id\u00e9er om at fort\u00e6tte de egenskaber, vi ellers kender og v\u00e6rds\u00e6tter fra parcelhusomr\u00e5derne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bjergstien<\/h3>\n<p>Beboere og bes\u00f8gendes adgang til en sti- og trappe-forbindelse rundt og op i hele bygningen er en helt unik kvalitet, ikke mindst i den bym\u00e6ssige sammenh\u00e6ng. Det er i princippet muligt at cykle helt til \u00f8verste niveau i bygningen, men det er dog ikke tilladt.<\/p>\n<h3>Turister<\/h3>\n<p>Efter at have vundet prisen som verdens bedste boligbyggeri, blev bygningen omtalt og afbilledet i alle t\u00e6nkelige medier, og beboerne oplevede en flodb\u00f8lge af bes\u00f8gende arkitekter og arkitekturstuderende, der flere gange dagligt ankom i turistbusser.<\/p>\n<p>Den offentligt tilg\u00e6ngelige forbindelse i bygningen er vel-dimensioneret til et lokalt, socialt liv blandt beboerne, men kan ikke b\u00e6re et s\u00e5 massivt bes\u00f8gstal, og interessen har resulteret i ganske v\u00e6sentlige gener for beboerne, som efterh\u00e5nden har sat begr\u00e6nsninger p\u00e5 adgangen og bes\u00f8gstiderne til bygningen for at beskytte deres eget privatliv.<\/p>\n<div style=\"float: right;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/umap.openstreetmap.fr\/da\/map\/copenhagenarchitecturedk_112803?scaleControl=false&amp;miniMap=false&amp;scrollWheelZoom=true&amp;zoomControl=null&amp;allowEdit=false&amp;moreControl=false&amp;searchControl=null&amp;tilelayersControl=null&amp;embedControl=null&amp;datalayersControl=null&amp;onLoadPanel=none&amp;fullscreenControl=false&amp;captionBar=false&amp;datalayers=273470%2C273558#15\/55.6174\/12.5715\" width=\"50%\" height=\"300px\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>8-tallet er et spektakul\u00e6rt og verdensber\u00f8mt projekt af Danmarks endnu mere ber\u00f8mte stjerneskud Bjarke Ingels&#8217; tegnestue, BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group). In my past I have teached at School of Architecture at the Aarhus School of Architecture and later as building architect at smaller, very diverse building projects. Architecture and the city's structure and causalities had my interest my whole career. I am instinctively suspicious towards the often bloated and overly intellectual language of my otherwise brilliant fellow architects, when they describe and justify their own or others design. Too often specultaive, pretentious, mystic or outright nonsense. As a teacher I found the ambition to communicate architecture in a straightforward and accessible manner. This is an ambition that I now carry on in my way of connecting dots through the city, not least for people with no professional knowledge or language .
